This secluded haven offers a unique escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to heal and restore in peace. Allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while enjoying modern luxuries.

Take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool, let the hydrotherapy hot tubs melt away your aches and pains and unwind in the infra-red sauna.

A perfect sanctuary to recharge your mind, body and soul amidst the beauty of a serene landscape and the energy of the Summer Solstice.

About the retreat

Lisa O’Connell, founder of Serendipity Yoga and Yoga Teacher Sally Talal warmly welcome you to join their 'Summer Solstice Bliss' wellness yoga retreat on Thursday 19th - Monday 23rd June. Join us for 4 nights, 5 days, inclusive yoga retreat in this magical place. There will be yoga, meditation, fire ceremony and cacao ritual, shamanic healing, sound bath and more to celebrate the abundant fullness of the Summer Solstice!

Retreats carry the immense power of creating change, within us and around us. It is in these moments where great impact arises, a shift is sensed and one experiences pure stillness where all else ceases to exist and we are simply present within the spaciousness of time… finding harmony back to our centre, to the feeling of arriving back to that home within. The more we amplify these moments, the easier it will be to bring ourselves back home… The more we will find it in everywhere we look, in everything that we do, everything we say and be able to anchor ourselves in that, in that moment where we drop into our breath, into that feeling that triggered the upsurge of love within.

Yoga offerings and Solstice rituals

Variety of yoga classes including Anusara Hatha, Aerial Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Meditation in the Shala and/or floating in the pool or aerial hammocks, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama / Breathwork, Shamanic Healing, Fire Ceremony and Cacao!

All Yoga props are provided (Yoga mats, bricks, bolsters, straps, eye pillows, blankets). This retreat is open to everyone. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

The Yoga Shala offers a beautiful space, with views of the undulating hills, built over a crystal grid to bathe you in the energy of this mystical land. Infra-red heated floor, to heal and relax the body.
