About this class

Meditation is a practice with a variety of benefits for your body, mind and spirit. When the mind and body are calm and balanced, then the light of the heart is able shine and be more easily experienced. It can help reduce physical bodily tensions, shift perspectives and enhance positive thinking. The way you live, perceive and approach your life creates ripples of impact that will benefit all of those around you. These classes will include gentle movements to open the body, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) and guided Meditations. No recordings available for Drop-in passes. Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made via the app or contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if at least 24 hours notice is not given.
