About this class

This class includes the holding of poses for 3-5 minutes as we go deep into the muscles and connective tissues with breath, becoming aware of how deeply rooted our emotional patterns are and releasing toxins. This is a gentle yet challenging class the deeper one goes into the pose. Last 15 minutes involves integration of a meditation or pranayama / breath-work. Recommended: use of props to support you further such as bricks, blocks, bolster or cushions. No recordings available for Drop-in passes. Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made via the app or contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I'm afraid refunds cannot be guaranteed if at least 24 hours notice is not given.
