Join us for a nourishing day of movement, stillness, sound, and heartfelt connection as we welcome 2026 together. Through yoga, meditation, journalling, sound, ritual, and reflective practices, we’ll set our visions for the year ahead, not from the mind’s striving, but from the quiet wisdom of the heart.
Set in the tranquil surroundings of Oak House Farm in Hatfield, this retreat is an invitation to begin the year anchored in presence, guided by purpose, and open to the infinite possibilities that unfold when we move with grace and awareness.
