Step into a liminal space of resonance and renewal as Sally & Sara guide you through the vibrational landscape of a Shaking Medicine Practice and Double Gong Bath.
You will be guided through a multi-layered journey designed to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and anchor your being through the wisdom of ancient practices and elemental tools.
We begin with Shaking Medicine - a primal yet profound practice of processing and releasing stress, trauma, and emotional residue. Through intentional, rhythmic movement, we invite the body to shake, unlocking layers of tension, fear, day-to-day stress and old stories stored deep within the nervous system. As we shake, we awaken prana (life-force energy), and create space within the body to let the energy move freely again. Backed by both ancient tradition & modern science, this practice allows the body to return to a state of clarity, lightness, and balance.
We remember, how to return home to ourselves.
From this place of embodied openness, we transition into a Double Gong Sound Journey - A portal into deep energetic architecture, where the voices of two Gongs intertwine creating a multidimensional soundscape that speak to both the seen and unseen aspects of your being.
The binary tones mirror the dance of duality and unity within - masculine and feminine, earth and cosmos, mind and soul - bringing you into a state of profound balance. As they interlace, the Wind Gongs form a tapestry of harmonious excellence that connect directly to your energy system, dissolving what is stagnant and calling forth what is ready to awaken.
To support and ground this expansive journey, each participant will receive a Red Jasper crystal to accompany them throughout the ceremony and to take home as a sacred token of integration. Red Jasper, known for its connection to the root chakra, brings a stabilising and protective energy that harmonises beautifully with the expansive vibrations of the Gongs. It grounds the subtle shifts, calms the emotions, and offers a deep sense of safety as you surrender into the experience.
This sacred stone acts as an energetic bridge, linking the ethereal nature of the gong with the solidity of the earth, allowing you to emerge from the session not only rebalanced and recharged, but rooted in your presence and purpose.
