Sally Talal
Yoga Teacher & Fine Artist based in West London
Welcome!
I’m so happy you’ve found me here
Yoga, coming from the root word ‘yoke’ meaning to unite or join together. It represents union on many levels, one of the basic meanings; union of mind, body and spirit or breath. Integration of one’s whole being inwardly from within.

Creating art cultivates intuition, a deep listening and a willingness to explore new things ~ expressing what's within, outwardly onto a blank canvas.
Tap into an inner world of awareness, growth and expression through the ancient practice of Yoga & enjoy looking at physical manifestation of original paintings and prints.
My Offering
Trained under the lineage of Anusara Hatha Yoga, which means 'to flow with grace'. This community based practise is what I feel compelled to share and teach to the world, weaving life affirming Tantric philosophy which takes us deeper into our heart.
Whether you are new to yoga, wish to advance your practice physically and spiritually or want to organise sessions with your team, I am certain there will be the right offer for you.
My Story
Born in Iraq, raised in Greece and now living in the diverse city of London.

Growing up, I experienced the diversity of two cultures clashing which led to feelings of confusion, identity crisis and low self-esteem to pivot my life and choices. I felt that I lived under two personas, wearing different masks in different settings which knocked upon a door of questioning and opened a whole world of self-discovery. It allowed me to question, who am I? What is my truth? What are my values? What does my authentic self look like if unmasked? ....
"Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life."
